These classes are specifically designed to assist children with developing body awareness, motor planning, strength and endurance. We include core strength, shoulder strength and motor praxis games.
Children require these skills to help them with learning, attention at school, hand writing and sequencing tasks including mathematics. Developing a sound awareness of our body and ability to plan and organise ourselves also assists with increased self esteem and emotional regulation.
We will have games, obstacle courses, and numerous movement activities.
Action Time runs for 8 weeks during the school term.
