Enrolments for groups are limited per term and placement is offered on suitability following completion of the enrolment process. This includes a consultation with the facilitator if you are not an existing FTA client.
 
Fees are charged for the program as a whole. Missed or cancelled sessions do not attract a refund. To maximise your child’s outcomes all sessions should be attended. There are no additional or hidden costs.
 
Parent/Guardian attendance is required in the last 15 minutes of each session for an overview of what has been covered during the session and an understanding of any homework task set along with receiving any handouts or resources relevant to the weeks topic.
 
I agree the enrolment fee includes:
  • Journal
  • Measures to track progress & outcomes
  • Family Resource Handouts
  • Collaborations (if required)
  • Graduation Certificate

I understand that Group Programs are available subject to interest/enrolments.
